Well first your getting confused with makugan and makgenyou. makgenyou ( don’t know howto spell it) is the sharigan that you need to kill your best friend to get. because you should now that kakashi hasmakugan sharigan and his closest friend died a long time ago and next would be gai and we know he is not dead.

for your confusion my friend just read naruto manga series chapter 386.. it has full detail how madara activated his sharingan and got the mangekyu.. not some heresy written that madara was a son of tengu god which does not imply to the story itself.. to your first question,, madara and shodai hokage became friends and build the hidden leaf which is now konoha,, he already activated his mangekyu at that time and as a matter of fact, he has a permanent mangekyu at that time because he killed his own brother to seek light,( mangekyu users became blind after using it several times..) he stole his brothers eyes and replaced his blind eyes with that.. for the second confusion of yours, madara and shodai fought against each other not because shodai have known that madara and the kyuubi has a pact,, it’s because they quarrell for the policies of the hidden leaf.. take note,, uchiha madara is hungry of power,, just think about what he did to his bestfriend and his brother for that.. after madara was defeated by the first hokage,, he formed his own organization the “Akatsuki” which searches for strong and unpleasant chakra coming from different shinobi’s on different country,,( it means rouge ninjas, assasins ang cold blooded killers) which he can use to fulfill one goal,, WORLD DOMINATION,, just like before his days.. You know who can defeat uchiha madara completely,, well no need to guess,, Uzumaki Naruto,, just like Jiraiya said before he died in the hands of Pain..
