Everybody is aware that Jiraiya-Sama was the supposed Fifth Hokage after the death of the Fourth Hokage who happened to be the student of Jiraiya-Sama himself. But he refused the call to become Hokage because of his desire to bring back Orochimaru.

After the death of the Third Hokage, he was again called by the Konoha Council to lead the Hidden Village of Konoha as the Fifth Hokage but again he refused and nominated Tsunade to be the Fifth, instead.

In?the Manga Chapter 366, Jiraiya-Sama revealed to Tsunade that his role to the Shinobi World has changed ever since. He is now setting himself as an example to the new generation. However, this revelation made me wonder of what really is the plan of Jiraiya-Sama that will let him the example for the new generation.
