The True Leader of the Akatsuki
From the previous episode of the Naruto Shippuuden anime, we learned that there are only 9 members of the Akatsuki and one of them is the leader of the group.
However, in the week’s latest chapter of the Naruto Manga, it was revealed that the leader of the Akatsuki is not among the 9 Akatsuki that showed on the earlier chapters of the anime.
The real Akatsuki leader is a Sharingan user. Who is he?
Well, lots of stories I heard before (year 2003) that the Akatsuki leader was the Fourth Hokage, or the First Hokage, or Obito… And among those suspected leader, it seems that Obito is the nearest to the truth, because Obito is an Uchiha and a Sharingan user too of whom one of his eyes was planted on Kakashi.
But of course, we are not yet sure about it until it will be mentioned. But at least, he’s already introduced.

Okay I already read the manga and I already know. The Fourth Hokage is Naruto’s father, his name is Yondaime. This is how it went. Yondaime was the fourth Hokage and he was married to Naruto’s mom who was a low level Anbu. Naruto’s mom was pregnant with Naruto. When the 9 Tails Fox attacked Konoha the council decided that the fox should be sealed in the unborn child of the Fourth Hokage, Yondaime. Yondaime did it but in the way of doing that Naruto’s mom didnt survived. I dont have the specifics of how everybody thinks he is dead, etc.
Now this is the kicker, Yondaime is also the leader of Akatsuki. This will be reveal later on. After Naruto recovers the body of Gaara and he is resurrected by Sasori’s grandma, so some time after in the story Yondaime, will offer Naruto to become part of the Akutsuki and take revenge on Konoha for killing his mother. Yondaime goes on to tell Naruto how the council didnt care much about his mom because she was dispensable because they didnt thought much of her because she was a low class Anbu. So I guess the Fourth Hokage was sour and developed hatred for Konoha.
If you hadnt read it like how I did then another clue thats a give away is this. When Jiraiya started training Naruto; the first time that he made Naruto summoned that big ass toad, he wanted him to be in a life threating situation so Naruto had to call in his red chakra which he did and the summoning worked. Well as far as the mom goes she was Anbu from another village that fought with Konoha is the war. I dunno if I made that clarification. Tsunade even had a talked to Yondaime aka The 4th when there was a rumour of Namikaze Minato (the fourth’s real name) and Kushina Uzumaki (Naruto’s mom’s real name). She told Yondaime (aka Golden Flash too) that it would be beneficial to the Konoha village if them two were together and that she supported it. Also because Kushina was from the whirlpool country thats why Naruto is inclined to wind powers as stated by Kakashi. Jiyaira, the 3rd, Tsunade know who are Naruto’s parents… I dunno if Kakashi knows but I wouldnt doubt it.
Oh yeah Yondaime is not the leader of Akutsuki it is the Pein or Pain guy. I know I read the manga and saw his face but I dont remember if I got the name right. I always get confused with him and a Tobi and then Uchiha Madara was the leader before Itachi was in Akutsuki.

To my understanding, doesn’t the person who casts the Sealling spell DIE?! The 3rd Hokage explained this to Orochimaru in episode 70 or something. So if this is true, then he can’t be the leader of the Akatsuki. He would be dead.
Also we all know that the 4th Hokage is Naruto’s father but someone told me that Yondaime means 4th or something. Dont know if it is true but if it is then it isn’t his name.

Long time ago I read a manga page that said that the Fourth Hoage was the real leader of Akutsuki. THAT WAS WRONG! I read a fake page circulating that was photoshoped and altered. So let me get all the facts straight since I been pretty much crucified for that mistake, LMAO!
The Fourth Hokage IS Naruto’s father. This rumor was confirmed in chapter 367 of the manga (explained through dialogue by Tsunade and Jiraiya), but also his true name was finally revealed: Minato Namikaze (meaning “port wavewind”). Additionally, we learn that Naruto’s mother was Kushina Uzumaki, and that she was a ninja of the Land Of the Whirlpool (Uzumaki is a Japanese word for vortex or whirlpool). This might also explained why Naruto’s element is the wind (if you dunno what I am talking abt then you need to read the manga because this is already in the Shuppiden season and I am not talking about what its air in Japan, this is still not on tv…). Also Minato was Jiraiya’s student and he is also the main reason why Orochimaru left Konoha. Orochimaru applied for 4th Hokage spot but Minato was selected so he held the biggest grudge for this and left Konoha. Also Minato sealed away the 9-tails in his son Naruto and sacrificed himself in the process. It has been rumor that the 9-tail didnt showed up over there by coincedence that it might have been the summouning of Madara Uchiha… this is not confirmed because Madara supposedly was way dead by then.
CLARIFICATION: Yondaime just means Fourth; just like Shodaime means First Hokage, Nidaime is the second and these two were brothers who trained Sarutobi who was the Third or Sandaime, and who also trained the 3 Sannin: Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade.

Ok so EVERYBODY KNOWS that the Fourth is Naruto’s father. There has been some speculation about if he is really dead or something and mostly because in the 70th tv episode when the Third is abt to fight Orochimaru and he summouned the dead hokages. He could only summouned the first 2, but not the 4th so some people thinks that could mean that he is not dead, maybe sealed away, maybe a zombie lol! Who cares right now? Besides if Minato was alive then it wouldnt be funny he would whoop all the bad Akatsuki asses because he was such a bad ass.
Ok let me put it to you this way… Minato was such a kick ass that in Kakashi’s Gaiden, Konoha was fighting The Hidden Rock Village and he came to aid 4 Konoha jounins fighting 50 enemy jounins or jonins. AS FAR AS THE LEADER OF AKATSUKI… its not sure who he is. It seems like it is Pain but that is not, in my opinion all true. Pain was ordered by Madara Uchiha to get the 9-tails. It doesnt said when but the point is that he was ordered. Also Madara was like the biggest badass and he is the first that had the Sharingan so he has the purest form of it. The 9tails was scared of Madara… that goes to show how bad he was. Anyways the other thing is that Akatsuki has this other character, Tobi. Now Tobi seems like a joker but in private he is leading backstage with Pain and he has one Sharingan right eye showing… which is kinda coincedential because Obito gave Kakashi his left eye and Obito’s body wasnt recovered. That is being rumored, from what I got about it is that it is Hanzo’s Son and as you know it is extremely difficult to kill someone with the same ability as another (expecially one that probably has been training since he probably could walk). I am trying to get more information on him but have not been that lucky other than that Jiraya has met him. As far as it goes with Obito being Tobi, think about it he has a mask covering over his left eye the eye that he gave to Kakashi and has the power of the Sharigan. I don’t think it is Madara Uchiha, it would make more sense for it to be Obito especially since he got killed in the Hidden Rock village where Akatsuki member Zetsu is from and he can go through solid objects. He very well could have found and save Obito that would explain why he is so loyal to Zetsu. Hey thats a good point that Zetsu be getting Obito and saved him! I nevah put those two together. Then again I didnt knew Zetsu was from the Hidden Rock.
Ok I am gonna throw something out there that I think is what gonna happen to Jiraiya. As we all know somehow Pain gets took over these other ninjas. Pain loss one of those while fighting to Jiraiya. Now Juraiya is such an important character that I think Pein is gonna take him and make him the sixth ninja he lost in that battle.
Wouldnt it make it like a super dramatic twister that at one point Naruto or someone fight Pein again and he revelas his six bodies again and one of them in Jiraiya? Because also during the fight at one climatic point maybe Jiraiya could remember who he was and overcome whatever is it that Pein is… which shouldnt be know for awhile I guess. We all know he takes possesion over the other ninjas, we dunno exactly how but Jiraiya just sank and Pein goes and says something like: he got away or we lost him. Who is not to say that they went later on and got him?
Also Jiraiya dying would suck because basically he was the strongest good guy… we know he can beat Kakashi and Tsunade. So right now who is out there to train Naruto some more… maybe the toads. Naruto needs to learn more seals, jutsus and stuff like that. He has gotten by because he got the 9tail and thats just unlimited power but Sasuke is controlled and smart power.
I dunno… plus I feel bad that Tsunade FINALLY was gonna give him a chance. He left knowing he was gonna died.
MADARA… well Pein said that Madara ordered him to do something so whats that all about? When was he doing this? Also I think Pein and Obito chain of command is not defined.
I also think that Atachi is not all as it seems. I always thought that Atachi long time ago knew that the whole Akatsuki was gonna happened and he only felt that it would take him and Sasuke to defeat em. SO i think that he manipulated the whole thing from day one for the greater good. He knew that to get Sasuke to be as bad ass he would have to achieved power through more than what Konoha could offered. I think he has manipulated Sasuke through hate for a bigger reason. After all this guy was ANBU Captain at 13 yrs old maybe he didnt saw many as equal or efficient to make this happened so he went chose his own way of acquiring more power and all that.
I KNOW IS REALLY FAR but in some ways it makes sense if he also know about Madara somehow been alive and his plans. Itachi could have the Fifth Hokage if he had stayed in Konoha. The 4th beated Orochimaru to that job and he admitted that Itachi was more powerful than him.

The true leader of Akatsuki is Uchiha Madara, the founder of the Uchiha Clan, and the only man every to discover the very last secret of the Sharingan. As told by Uchiha Itachi to Uchiha Sasuke in the last chapter.
We don’t know who Pain is yet, only that it is either Nagato or Yahiko, and even Pain has talked of Uchiha Madara.
Uchiha Madara helped Uchiha Itachi kill the entirety of the Uchiha Clan.

Ok well a whole lot of things were revealed in the 385. Now I never said that Obito was for sure the leader but since we know Tobi only shows one Sharingan, coincedentially the right one which would be the one that was not given to Kakashi, through some extense imagination process you could imagined that Obito’s body was recovered and that MAYBE somehow Madara took over it. Well we also know that Tobi its the third Sharingan eye so that means that he gotta be the Madara and he does ordered around Pein.
So again I always made some expeculations based on the last chapter at the time when I wrote which was 384. So again now is confirmed that Madara is alive in some way… which I predicted, LOL!

Well it seems that all of you have a point..as far as i know,, itachi mentioned uchiha madara in chapter 385 of manga series and chapter 386.. he said that madara helped him kill all uchiha clans to enrage his brother sasuke to achieve more power to kill him.. itachi was planning to kill sasuke (as far as i read in chapter 387 and 388)so that he could have a permanent mangekyu sharingan.. he would get sasuke’s eyes from it’s sockets and exchange it with his.. because the more you use mangekyu,, the quicker your eyes go blind.. that’s what happened to uchiha madara in itachi’s story on chapter 386 so he killed his own brother to prevent blindness from happening to him..
well here is the spoiler,, when itachi used tsukoyomi( the one itachi used on kakashi in their battle where kakashi was crucified and slashed with a sword many times) on sasuke using his mangekyu,, sasuke overcame it,, now itachi will use the most powerful jutsu of his eye the amaterasu,, i think sasuke will overcome it again and my guess is sasuke will get itachi’s eyes as his own to obtain a permanent mangekyu sharingan without killing his bestfriend.. note: madara mentioned at sometime during the battle of deidara and sasuke that sasuke will surpass itachi’s eyes.. if you do not beleive me,, just get a copy of the updated manga series on http://www.narutofan.com and please yourself with a complete manga downloads,, updated every week…
I understand all your views but unfortuntely it turns out likely that jiryia dies and pain is sub leader while marada is tobi and he is the main leader. the fourth is most likely dead becuse if he was leader or alive we would have seen some sort of trace or evidence
of some sort.It also seems that marada did help itachi kill the clan but in chapter387-394 it seems itachi didnt want to do it……hm interesting.who is pain? no one has said anything or any flashbacks. i give you my theory and facts.
Pein = dummy leader of akatsuki
Tobi = real leader of akatsuki, others say that he is obito, a colleague of kakashi from yondaime’s squad. Tobi was thought dead after a battle with kakko of the hidden rock village. Rin, the 3rd and only female member of yondaime’s squad who’s also a medical ninja performed the transplant of sharingan from tobi’s left eye to kakashi’s.
Madara = founder of the uchiha clan, first to activate the mangekyou sharingan but in turn went blind upon frequent use, he murdered his younger brother who also had the mangekyou but never went blind, he transplanted his brother’s eyes onto him to bcome the eternal mangekyou sharingan user. By this power, he controlled the kyuubi to be unleashed from hell and do havoc in the leaf village. That’s why kyuubi referred to madara as a ninja with a sinister chakra and was very angry for controlling him.
Konan = akatsuki’s # 2 assassin, the only female member who’s also knowned by the alias “white tiger”, had a flower fixed on her hair and the power to manipulate origami; wiped out the entire uchiha clan (as yondaime instructed)to force itachi to join the akatsuki but agreed to spare uchiha sasuke’s life as itachi requested. Unfortunately sasuke learned this fact after he has killed his brother itachi. Rumors has it that she also killed kakashi.
Yondaime (4th) = minato, (the yellow flash) founder of the akatsuki (as in a president of a company where tobi as chairman). Left the village after everyone thought he died upon using the sealing technique on the kyuubi. When he left he sent invitations to 3 strong ninjas to join the akatsuki, they’re orochimaru, itachi and jiraiya. Orochimaru accepted but the two refused until itachi was forced to.
Orochimaru = snake like shinobi who died in the hands of uchiha sasuke and kabuto. We already know who this villain is.
learning from this twisted turn of fate, naruto realizes it was really minato who was the root of all conflicts and the one they have to deal with. He defeated his father in a fight to the end situation that’s why he became hokage.

Anyways lots happening and all good stuff. Anyways as many figured out before he said it himself… Tobi is Madara. Now Im still thinking that there is a chance that it could be Madara in Obito’s body. the creator is not showing that left eye, LOL! Also if Orochimaru could transferred bodies, why Madara who was more powerful couldnt have found a way to do it too with via his eyes?
After all, Sasuke can see inside Naruto’s body(or soul) and saw the 9tails fox. Madara is way more powerful than sasuke so maybe he got in Obito’s all messed up body recovered by Zetsu… could be!
Anyways as one of my predictions FROM MY IMAGINATION based on my theories and speculations; I think that Itachi in the end was who I said he was. He was out to do good from get go but he went about it though Akatsuki. He knew the ultimate Madara’s plan and he decided to worked kinda like a mole. So in the outside he was with Akatsuki and had Sasuke hating him so he speeded up his power gaining curve.
Still wondering about jiraiya and what about his body. I still think that Pein gonna possess it somehow. I can see where Jiraiya comes back as one of his possesed bodies and on a final fight against Naruto, jiraiya remembers who he was. remember this: Jiraiya told Pein about Nagato and Pein said that he remembered that name. Who is to say jiraiya wont if he becomes part of whatever is Pein.
Anyways this are some of my ideas and I am not the law in Naruto so feel free to add any of yours.

Since you have the time to read my SPECULATIONS and THEORIES, why is it that u dont have the time to read that I always go on the last manga I read, and that I always wrote that those are my theories or what i just finished reading?
Also have you read when I went back and corrected myself or that I read fake page or when a theory of mines was right or wrong? You are quick to insult and loosing the whole point of the forum/blog. Everybody has an imagination. I am not writing Naruto and I am just a fan. I have a life after this, so this is all good fun that I share with my son. gud am naruto fans…. sai, i think what you wrote was purely coming from your pitiful imagination.. i suggest you read all manga series and read them carefully.. minato(4th hokage) cant be the leader of the akutsuki and canoot form the organization because he is indeed “DEAD”… by doing the sealing technique,, anyone who uses it will exchange his life for the technique to form.. to pocho,, madara is madara himself.. he is not obito or someone else.. and for the information of others,, madara is not responsible of the rampage of the kyuubi… that was purely incidental…as for itachi,, his goal is only to protect his younger brother sasuke to anyone who wishes to hurt or kill him.. he killed his entire clan except sasuke because dazou, leader of the anbu and the 2 counsel just told him so for fearing of a coup de tat against konoha by the uchiha clan… he was made as spy of the 3 counsel members of konoha.. the 3rd hokage indeed know itachi’s mission and refused to this proposal, but he was outnumbered by the 3 elders… i think itachi was not a villain in this story,, i think after killing his clansmen,, he was sent as a spy again to akutsuki,, thats why joined the organization.. remember SAI’s mission,, he was sent as an assasin to kill sasuke but to do so, he was sent to make an alliance with orochimaru to gain his trust..i think the same thing happened to uchiha itachi.. i dont know what will happen now to uchiha sasuke’s life upon learning his brothers true mission.. i think he will be so enraged that he and madara will try to destroy konoha… and naruto as the jinchuuruki will try to stop them by summoning the kyuubi inside him.. besides,, he is the most unpredictable ninja in the whole shinobi world.. gotta wait for a new manga serias.. i cant help to read them… cant wait till next week… peace!!!!!

Anyways I was blogging with a friend of mines and I told her that I was hoping that Itachi was a mole. Now the thing is that I just didnt saw a reason for the 3rd to ever order Itachi to kill his clan and till chapter 399 I didnt saw a reason why. Also since the 3rd was so nice, kinda hard that his character would order a genocide of a clan. Now it was revealed that the Uchiha were gonna run over Konoha.
Well now Sasuke probably gonna be like: screw Konoha and the elders for having my people and making me believe that my good brother was out to kill me.
So many things make more sense now like Itachi always fleeding away from combat when he was obviously winning. Like when he fought Kakashi. It seems like he always held back.
Among other things I think it would have been safe to say that Itachi would have been the fifth hokage. Why do I say this? If Itachi had staid at Konoha and never went in that akatsuki mole mission, when Minato died he would have been the perfect and obvious choice. Minato beated Orochimaru at the election for the 4th hokage. Now Orochimaru left but it is known that Itachi beat Orochimaru and thats why he left the Akatsuki. Obviously Itachi was and did died Konoha.
Anyways back to Sasuke… now probably he will have Madara as a new sensei… wow! I dunno about you but Naruto needs to learn his wind element really good in a hurry and hopefully he can use another one. Right now he is way under Sasuke and not Sasuke has Itachi’s jutsus. There is no Jiraiya around for Naruto so Kakashi better come up with some great training.
WONDERING what the toad that Tsunade rceived from Jiraiya gonna have on his back… what is the message. Also I hope that jiraiya is not totally dead. Hopefully Pain uses his body in replacement for the one that died in that battle.
